Starting in April 2026, Maison Millière, a 15th-century gem, invites you to enjoy its wine-tasting experiences.

These are convivial, immersive, and guided events—though guidance is optional.
In French or English. 
Every evening starting at 8 p.m. 

Tasting of 4 wines accompanied by a platter of Dijon specialties (gougères, persillé, and Burgundy cheeses).

You have a choice of 4 tasting themes

 

1 – Introduction to wine tasting and Burgundies in particular

There has to be a first time for everything. This tasting is for beginners. 
If you only drink beer or Spritz and would like to discover the basics of wine tasting: from grape to wine, barrel ageing, appellations, etc… 

 

 

2 – The Climate in all its forms…

The climates of Burgundy or the 1,247 expressions of a terroir.
They bear the same name but have nothing to do with the weather. UNESCO has classified them as World Heritage Sites. During this tasting, we will guide you through these famous Burgundy Climats and you will be able to experience them literally in your glass. So, if you want to taste the different Burgundy Climats…

 

 

3 – Everything you need to know about the Dijon hillsides

Historically, Dijon had a large vineyard dating back to Gallo-Roman times. However, in the 19th century, several factors led to its decline, until it almost disappeared. The 21st century marks its rebirth. Discover this forgotten yet promising Burgundian region and its famous “Montre cul”.

 

 

 

 

4 – Secret Burgundy

Let’s take the back roads of this legendary appellation to discover different wines, grape varieties that are less well known than the famous Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with which they are sometimes blended. These are discreet wines, but they conceal unique and delicious gems. Perfect your knowledge of Burgundy and explore its many facets.

She was born on a Burgundy vineyard, where she has been immersed in wine culture—particularly that of Burgundy—ever since she was old enough to taste it. With a degree in oenology, she chose wine tourism to share her passion and her wine-related knowledge—both technical and historical—with you.
